I'm a SLP, regularly lead IFSP/IEPs, am often the first one to "break it" to parent's that yes, their child need's help, and attend IEPs, but can't tell how much I HATE going to my son's IEPs. His team is nowhere near as honest and kind as Jaysen's. How great for both of you. You do well for your kid!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1617253087395608203.post-39339703363822615362007-11-11T09:04:00.000-05:002007-11-11T09:04:00.000-05:00I always hated IEPs.I always hated IEPs.A Bishops Wifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07614782576567905819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1617253087395608203.post-40470288944178920542007-11-10T10:46:00.000-05:002007-11-10T10:46:00.000-05:00Glad to hear the meeting went well, they can be so...Glad to hear the meeting went well, they can be so daunting.Casdokhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03497897393162856190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1617253087395608203.post-81199599172944742052007-11-09T18:53:00.000-05:002007-11-09T18:53:00.000-05:00I think it can be a 'shock' to a regular ed teache...I think it can be a 'shock' to a regular ed teachers. Glad you've got all your ducks lined up. I can certainly relate to the 1 mistake is worse than 100 - we definitely have a lot of 'if I can't do it perfectly then I won't do it at all' = dear little perfectionists.<BR/>CheersAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
