Karma Chameleon

It seems my pigtail picture has sparked some interest...
I am sorry to report- that is not my current hair color. It was temporary, and the only thing Jaysen found acceptable for me this Hallowe'en.

However, in the past, I have had:

Red hair

I loved this color (yes, that little butterball is Jaysen).
What's that? Not edgy enough for you?
You suckers are a tough crowd.

Blue hair

At a music festival called Punkfest, in Marmora Canada.
Dear readers, I would like to finally introduce you to the infamous EX.
Dashing, I know.

How about purple?

When "going out" meant somewhere that didn't have a playplace.
I'm on the right.

Hope you enjoyed this little trip through my hair colors of yore! There were a few others, but these were what I came up with. Jaysen thought the blue was hysterical. I had to forcefully remove the picture from his grip so he would stop laughing.

And your Rebel Yell moments were?...

That red was awesome.

So anyway, you've successfully made me miss my own butterball babies, and my "rebellious" bright red hair and knee-high boots.

You look pretty no matter what color you choose!

That aqua is radical! Like the color of that secretary's hair in The Fifth Element, which I've always coveted but never been brave enough to do. Somehow, I just think folk at an IEP meeting wouldn't take you particularly seriously, y'know???
(Or it might scare hell out of them. Who knows??)

Nice trip through times. Thanks for sharing!

I will have to decline the temptation to return to my purple hair, at the risk of looking like Grimace.

I'm thinking along the same lines as babs- I could hear their Team meetings...I'm sure "mom is a nut" would appear in the notes somewhere.

wow, you're brave to post your past hair color experiences. I will not, as there are too many, but let me reflect on my freshman year, the summer before, when I used 2 or 3 bottles of Sun-In....not good.

I've definitely had my share of hair colors. My son, though, has had many more than I. He's had fire engine red, blue, purple, magenta (which faded to a lovely pink)...

Yes, I have many a picture. He's 17 now and has no desire to color his hair, having gotten it out of his system in junior high.

I must say I pictured you totally different than these pictures! That is one weird thing about getting to know other bloggers. Do you have a facebook page? If so, find me on there so we can be friends.

I love the hair. I actually had mine part purple not too long ago and loved it.

Do you have any tattoos? I am addicted to them.

I've been covering my gray with red for awhile and have loved it. It's actually my son that is not on the spectrum who wants me to go back to my natural dark brown. My one with autism doesn't seem to care one way or the other.

I really liked the aqua color. Have never ventured into any other shade but auburn. Unfortunately I missed the window as I Am way past the age to be punk edgy.
